| Hi. We're looking to rent a property in Mougins for 1 year from August ***** . Is this home available during this period? Are the rates negotiable for a longer lease? Are there other costs apart from the monthly rental?. How far away is the home from Mougins International School? The map suggests it is close to a motorway. Is this the case and can you hear road noise from the house? Plenty more questions but if we could start there please - and please let me know any other helpful information.
