| Hi. We're looking to rent a property in Mougins for 1 year from August ***** . Is this home available during this period? Are the rates negotiable for a longer lease? Are there other costs apart from the monthly rental?. How far away is the home from Mougins International School? The map suggests it is close to a motorway.
