Description:

You access the Tour du Pin by a private road after one km. Behind the wooden gate with electric opening you arrive on a white gravel path or can park 3 cars, one under cover.

You enter the villa through a staircase hall. This home overlooks the living room, and also access to a guest toilet cabinet. A second staircase accesses 2 rooms in the tower, as well as a bathroom and a roof terrace where you can admire the coastline on 180 Cagnes sur mer, Marina Baie des Anges, the port of Antibes and Juan Pines.

The living room has a fireplace and access to the kitchen, fully equipped (oven, mixed gas-electric cooking table, microwave, dishwasher, 2 fridges and a wood oven). On the back of the kitchen you have access to a pantry equipped with a washing machine, and an American fridge, large freezer. The local oil fired central heating and hot water production is contiguous storeroom. Rear terrace to the kitchen and the cellar is equipped with a barbecue.
