Beautiful bastide of 1880 surrounded by a 6000m2 park with 700 year old olive trees, palm trees and cypresses. Close and in walking distance to the beautiful and picturesque Antibes, the authentic artist town with its impressive marina.The property consists 3 parts: La Bastide , La Petite Maison and the Atelier Studio.We have tried to maintain the authenticity of the Bastide, but the conforts of today. The rooms are all decorated in a soothing taupe and linen colors; the rooms are nice and big and have a idyllic views. The 'chambre Maître' also has sea views.In the main house are 4 bedrooms available (all with double beds 160, 180 and 200x200) and 4 completely new and modern renovated bathrooms with quality fittings and also 4 toilets.The independent "Petite Maison" suits ideally guests with children.It offers 3 rooms, one of which is a living room, a living room with a large, child-proof high bed or a high-quality sleeping sofa, a separat bedroom (all beds 160x200).The Petite Maison is equipped with a new shower, internet and air conditioning. Outside you sit comfortably on the stone terrace under a patio and listen to the rippling of the Fontaine.New in 2016 is also the beautiful "studio" loft with about 30m2. The "Atelier" impresses with its modern country house style, its very high ceilings, warm natural colors and beautiful light. It has a beautiful private bathroom in the original natural stone shower. In the very large king-size bed (180x200) our guests can relax or take a rest on the small, private wooden floor terrace. This loft is air-conditioned and on ground level.The property is ideal for 2 or 3 families or grandparents and you can just relax and enjoy yourselve or do sports - the beach is only 5 minutes away by foot, as well as all the shops.Our property is extremely quiet and yet in the middle of the city! The Bastide is surrounded by terraces and small cozy corners in our park-like grounds. Of course, there is also a large Weber grill for great BBQ's.Dining space for 14 guests in or outside.Relax on confortable teak chairs on the large, fenced and alarmed pool (12x6m).To your activities on the property we offer a large boules ground, ping pong, basketball .The price includes all inclusive, i.e., Linen, towels, internet and Satellite (Astra), 3D flat screen TV, Electricity, water and parking.
