I responded to two advertisements from this company and received a reply from only one enquiry - I don't recall which one now. The response came from a person called Lenka who asked whether I was to be the sole renter of the property. I have not heard from her or the company since.

And we are back!!! I really did assume you must love getting feedback and took on what I last wrote. On no. That’s not the case. Your back again! Another 5 emails to ask for a review and yet still no reply to a single email it’s absolute madness. You guys must be smashing your targets and doing really well in proud for you. However for my feedback I am sorry I had to Give you the lowest of the low. If you asked for feedback on how good your request for feedback was, I’d be tuning the CEO to tell him how much of a great job you do at that. Keep doing what your doing, feedback game is strong

Très déçus de constater que le prix était le double de celui d'une agence immo (règlementé et plafonné), nous avons loué par un autre moyen. La réactivité initiale de la personne a été très bonne jusqu'à ce que l'on commente le contrat qui avait des erreurs (nom, adresse du propriétaire) et des désaccords (prix du service, montant de la caution incluant les charges).

Ce n'était pas une agence immobilière mais un chasseur de bien qui avait un bien à louer donc comme une agence immobilière! Mais le montant des charges de l’agence était 2 fois celle fixée par la loi et le contrat de location bourré de problème, montant du loyer pas bon, adresse propriétaire pas bonne, paragraphe complet hors sujet. Sinon, une personne agréable que nous n’avons jamais croisé, mais c’est une ancienne collaboratrice nous a fait visiter le bien. Ne parle pas français et il nous a été présenté un contrat pour trouver un appartement en anglais lors de la visite en nous disant que c'était un bon de visite.
