5.1. Protection on personal data
Privacy policy on protection of personal data is based on Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 (hereinafter – Regulation).
5.2. Why do we collect, store and process your data?
5.2.1. Your data are collected to:
- Enable the personalization of your access to the system.
- Enable the “liveonriviera.com” to answer your enquiries and give you information.
- Prepare anonymous statistics on the usage of the Portal;
- You could offer and provide the relevant services;
- You could receive selected services.
5.2.2. Collected personal data are treated according to the policy described in the Regulation.
5.2.3. Data will be used only for the above purposes by “liveonriviera.com” employees and in order to improve the service.
5.3. Who is responsible for the processing of your data?

5.3.2. The Processor responsible for processing these data:
- For the purpose of providing the Customer's ordered services, the respective Agent or the Service Provider.
- The information received from Agents and Service Providers for advertising purposes - "liveonriviera.com".
- Sending contact information received from the Client to the Agent or the Service Provider - "liveonriviera.com".
5.3.3. Employees of “liveonriviera.com”, who have access to personally identifiable information are required to protect this information in a manner that is consistent with this Privacy Policy by, for example, not using the information for any purpose other than to carry out the services they are performing for the client.
5.3.4. Only designated and duly authorized “liveonriviera.com” employees can access the data using their user ID and personal password in specific systems.
5.4. What data do we collect?

5.4.2. Agents and Service Providers, if they are legal persons - Company name; Representative First name, Last name; Phone number; Email; Company phone number; Website; Adress; Classified ads Pictures.
5.4.3. Agents and Service Providers, if they are natural persons - First name, Last name; Phone number; email; Adress; Classified ads Pictures.
5.4.4. By placing the ad on the portal - name, phone number, e-mail address, descriptive information of the advertisement (transaction type, type, address, number of rooms, price), pictures.
5.5. How long do we keep your data?
We will retain personal information, customer and business information for as long as it is needed to:
- Provide products, services and information that you or your organization have requested.
- To communicate with you about a request you have submitted to us.
- To manage your choices and rights you have exercised pursuant to this Privacy Policy.
5.6. How can you access to your data, check its accuracy and correct it?
5.6.1. You have the right to request a copy of your personal details at any time, to check the accuracy of the information held and/or to correct or update this information. You may also ask your personal information to be deleted completely if no enquiry from you is in progress.
5.6.2. We will make commercially reasonable efforts to provide you with reasonable access to any of your personal information we maintain within 30 days as of receipt of your access request.
5.6.3.To protect your privacy and security, we will take reasonable measures to verify your identity before providing you the requested information on personal data.

5.7.3. If you file a privacy-related complaint, we will collect your name and/or company name, name of a complaint-related person, email, and country location and details that gave rise to your complaint. We will use the information you provide to investigate your complaint and to send you an answer once your complaint is reviewed.
5.8. Receiving the service in the third country
5.8.1. If your chosen place of delivery and service provider is located outside the EU or EEA Member States, your request and your data will be processed in the country (third country), for which a sufficient level of data protection may or may not comply with the European Commission's decision. At present, the European Commission has only decided on individual countries where the level of data protection has been found to be adequate.
5.8.2. The European Commission has so far recognised Andorra, Argentina, Canada (commercial organisations), Faroe Islands, Guernsey, Israel, Isle of Man, Jersey, New Zealand, Switzerland, Uruguay and the US (limited to the Privacy Shield framework) as providing adequate protection. Adequacy talks are ongoing with Japan and South Korea.
5.8.3. The “liveonriviera.com” currently does not intend to use any of the guarantee safeguards provided by the Regulation for data protection in third countries because it does not see it proportionate and necessary. The amount of data that the Client chooses freely to release via “liveonriviera.com” to the Agent or the Service Provider is not such as to present a significant risk to the Client's data protection.
5.8.4. "liveonriviera.com", referring to Article 49 of the Regulation, informs you that in choosing to receive a service and to close a transaction in a third country for which data protection compliance has not been decided by the European Commission, you expose your personal data to additional risks. Although “liveonriviera.com” will try to ensure that in these cases you can be sure of sufficient protection for your data, we will not be able to guarantee it.
5.9. Legal basis for data processing
Under applicable data protection legislation, we are only permitted to use your personal information if we have a lawful basis for doing so. We rely on the following lawful basis to use your information:
- your explicit consent to the processing of the data provided by you in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
Withdrawal of consent
As far as we process your personal data, based on your consent, you have the right at any time to withdraw your consent to the processing of personal data.

5.11. Children's data
This Portal is not for children. We are aware of the importance of protecting children's information, especially in the online environment, so we deliberately do not collect or process child data.
