Welcome to our newly fully refurbished apartment in 2017!
The apartment is completely transformed to high standards, with air conditioning in all rooms, electric blinds and the advantage of a little private pool above ground. The holiday apartment is located in one of the best residential areas in Cascais, Guia, in a very quiet one-way street. The Atlantic Ocean is 500m away and the area is surrounded by beautiful Mediterranean pine trees. The apartment is tastefully decorated with colors inspired on the sea and unique eclectic pieces created by the owner.
The apartment is situated on the first floor, and the small building only has 3 apartments, so it is very quiet and intimate. The beautiful vacation apartment in Cascais is light and fresh and boasts a large 60m2 terrace with sea-view! The apartment and street are very quiet. The apartment is air-conditioned throughout.
The entrance hall of the apartment leads to the living area in one direction and the bedrooms corridor in the other. One of the bathrooms is also accessed from the hall.
The large living room is extremely light with large windows in two directions. Entertainment is provided by the large flat-screen TV set with cable TV and seating for 8 people comfortably. The sofa converts into a comfortable bed for larger groups. The spacious kitchen is accessed from the living room and features all modern integrated appliances.
The living room also features a lounging area, ideal for reading a book or catching up on news on the net. A pleasant veranda is accessed from the living room and any of the bedrooms.
From the hall we also access the corridor leading to the 3 bedrooms and a shower room. The main bedroom has a private shower-room en-suite. All bedrooms have French doors leading to the veranda, and feature air conditioning and electric blinds which means no waking up with light in the morning!
The terrace on the top floor of the building is a huge 60m2! A real sun-trap, it is ideal for sunbathing in privacy.
At garden level, the small newly installed swimming pool is providing hours of fun to all ages! The pool is for exclusive use of guests of the Cascais Riviera holiday apartment. Pool season: May to September. Please note the garden level access has uneven steep steps and the pool is not supervised.
