Historical Olive-oil Mill from the 17th century, transferred into a very charming, characteristic villa located in a natural setting at the Cote d'Azur. The Mill is situated at a very small quiet road nearby the typical and very old village of Saint Jeannet.From the house you overlook the mountainside and the antique railroad-viaduct (no longer in use). Deep down, connecting the garden, is the river-stream "La Cagne", which provide a relaxed rustle-sound all over the garden.At the ground floor there's a very large living room, with television and fire-place. A 30 minute drive will bring you at down-town old Nice, with georgeous petite shops, ancient alleyways, terraces, restaurants, and boulevard along the azure blue ocean. Monaco, Antibes and Cannes about 45 min. by car. The beaches nearby are Cagnes-sur-Mer (15 min.) and Juan-les-Pins (30 min.).The airport of Nice is about 15 min. driving.
