Discovering Nice
The first stop for anyone arriving in Nice should be TheColline du Chateau. Overlooking the Baie des Anges and the harbour, from here you will find spectacular views of the city on all sides. This beautiful park with children's play area and scenic waterfall is a fantastic place to escape the busy streets and relax.
Between the sea and the palm trees, take a traditional stroll along the Promenade des Anglais, which has been a celebrated promenade along the Mediterranean since the 19th century. Nowadays the promenade comes alive with sunset strollers, bikers and post-work joggers. Enjoy the buzz of the promenade with a glass of wine from one of the cosy restaurants overlooking the sea. Having a cocktail in the elegant Negresco bar, is a wonderful experience.

Stroll through the Old Town
One of the Nice’s biggest treasures is the old town - Vieux Nice, part of a heritage preservation scheme. Here you will find great Mediterranean architecture, baroque-style palaces and churches, colourful facades and narrow streets with lovely boutiques and local markets.
