| Dear Sir/Madam, My name is Tom and I am currently in the process of finalising a move to Nice at the end of July. I am starting a new role as a Maths teacher in the area and the flat that is listed looks amazing. I understand that this is over 3 months away, but this is just an enquiry to ask if it is possible for me to view this property with the potential of starting a rental in July until March the following year.
